Helped design an app featured by MIT. Consulted with Fortune 500 companies. Designed analytics and e-commerce software used by hundreds of businesses across the USA.
Left a VP position in corporate America to build scalable systems and models to assist entrepreneurs. Helped grow multiple 7 figure companies by innovating and integrating systems to make operations more efficient and scalable. Sold over 8 figures thru multiple online platforms, the majority of which is Amazon. Communications and systems expert.

Masters In Management Information and Implementation Science since 2006. Creating IT strategies that create a cohesive motion for clients and business functions. In charge of communication channels, ensuring all departments are in-sync.
Luke Barham
director of business development
Luke holds a diploma in Business IT Applications, gained at in 2016, he also served in an advisory capacity to the finance minister of Curaçao during 2021, gaining valuable finance experience. Luke has four and a half years experience in the Amazon FBA sector, helping first time and existing business owners build and manage their ecommerce businesses, which is a passion of his.
Dr. Richie Thomas
Head of Research and Development
PhD in implementation Science. Senior role with Smart FBA having been working here since June 2020. Oversees all product research divisions, warehouse staff, supply chain, supplier relations and logistics.
Coral Gonzalez
General Manager
Since 2020, Coral has successfully served as a General Manager, skillfully overseeing operations across three warehouses and leading a team of 20+ workers to ensure efficient and organized logistics management. Under her adept leadership, Coral has implemented strategic initiatives resulting in streamlined processes, heightened productivity, and a notable improvement in overall warehouse performance.
